I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia 11 years ago and have spent a lot of time with joint and muscle pain. Last year I was put on a regimen of Prednisone and in ten months time I went form 140 to 205 pounds. I knew I had to do something but didn't know what. My friend Jeff Kramer, who is a personal trainer at Pungo Personal Training, told me to come by the gym and check out their program and so I decided to take the plunge and try it. We started in March 2007, the workouts were very hard at first since I had never worked out before in my life and was over weight and out of shape but slowly things started to get easier for me. I started to see changes in the way I looked and the way I felt physically, now at the end of the November I am proud to say I have lost 45 pounds and ll inches.

My arthritis is much better and my doctors say "keep up the good work. On a flexibility scale I have went from and 11 to a 17 inch measure. My goal is to lose 20 more pounds to get to my 140 again or even more if my body will let me. I am in the best shape of my life. This is truly the best thing I've ever done for myself! I feel so good -body, mind and soul and my self esteem is the way it used to be years ago. I would highly recommend this to any one at any age, it is never to late to start and I am living proof.
